Churchill Graham's Favorite Dinner

Sauteed Liver & Carrot with Gravy & Brown Rice

2 cups cooked brown rice
1 lb Liver
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2  cups water ( if boiling carrot, use its water)


1 medium-sized Carrot, chopped diagonally
Boil carrot in water until tender, and set-aside.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups of boiling carrot water 


Saute whole liver in oil, until medium rare.
Remove, liver and cut into small slices, return to heated pan.
Add water into pan 
Add cooked liver pieces
Add cooked carrot chunks.
Simmer in liquid for 3 minutes, rendering liver to flavor own broth gravy.
Cool.
In clean dog bowls, scoop-in 4 tablespoons of cooked brown rice,
Add  1 cup of favorite dry dog kibbles
Add cooked liver/carrot/broth  mixture, and toss together keeping rice fluffy and coated with mixture



Serves:  1 medium-size serving (1 medium-size dog)
